Gold Market Analysis Date: 16/10/2026

Daily Bias: Gold is currently moving in a corrective bullish phase, while sellers retain an advantage below the 4185–4195 zone. However, the upward correction may continue if prices remain stable above 4153–4143. As price approaches key resistance, its reaction becomes increasingly important. A breakout and sustained move above resistance could support further upside, while failure to break through may bring selling pressure back into the market.

Gold Weekly Outlook October 12–16, 2026

Executive Summary Gold experienced strong and volatile price movements over the past week, trading within an approximate range of 4,067–4,207. Despite repeated attempts to regain bullish momentum, the price struggled to break through key resistance levels and ended the week near 4,194. At present, the 4,095–4,110 zone remains the key support area that buyers need to defend to maintain the short-term bullish correction. On the upside, 4,209–4,225 represents the first important resistance zone, while 4,242–4,256 remains a significant technical barrier. A break above this zone is necessary to strengthen the prospects of an extended bullish correction toward higher levels.

Currently, the 4105–4120 area remains the key support zone that buyers need to defend in order to maintain the short-term bullish correction. On the other side, the 4174–4182 area represents the first important resistance, while the 4201–4220 area remains the key resistance zone that will determine whether Gold can continue higher or whether selling pressure will return.

DAILY BIAS: Sellers maintain the advantage below 4185–4193, with the possibility of a corrective rebound if prices continue to hold above the 4128–4121 zone. OVERALL TREND: Gold remains bearish in the short term, with prices continuing to trade below the 4185–4193 zone, keeping selling pressure in place. Any upward moves are still considered corrective rebounds unless price breaks above the 4185–4193 zone and closes clearly above it. On the other hand, holding above the 4128–4121 zone may support a short-term bullish rebound, provided clear confirmation signals emerge. MOMENTUM: Momentum remains tilted to the downside, with sellers maintaining the advantage below the 4185–4193 zone. However, holding the 4128–4121 zone may support a short-term bullish rebound. Any improvement in momentum will depend on price breaking above resistance zones and closing clearly above them, while caution is warranted around false breakouts that could determine the next market move.

Gold Weekly Outlook 28/09/2026 – 02/10/2026

Executive Summary: Gold experienced a clear consolidation phase during the previous week, with prices trading between approximately 4245 and 4382, amid continued uncertainty between selling pressure and buyers' attempts to keep prices above key support areas. Despite buyers' attempts to regain momentum, gold failed to break through major resistance levels or decisively break below key support areas, keeping prices within a consolidation range as the market awaits confirmation of its next direction. The 4265–4245 area remains one of the most important zones to monitor this week. Holding above this area would support the continuation of the bullish correction, while a clear break and close below it could bring selling pressure back into the market and open the way toward lower levels. On the upside, 4340–4365 represents the first important test for buyers, followed by 4385–4404 as a key resistance area that could determine gold's ability to extend its upward movement.

However, the defense of the 4255 low may support an attempt at a short-term bullish rebound. Any confirmation of improving momentum remains dependent on price breaking above resistance zones and closing clearly above them, while remaining cautious of false breakouts that could determine the next market move.

Gold Weekly Outlook 21-25 September

Executive Summary: Gold experienced relatively wide and volatile price action during the previous week, trading between approximately 4235 and 4400, amid continued uncertainty between selling pressure and buyers’ attempts to keep prices above key support areas. Although gold managed to recover part of its losses and return to trade near 4380, the current price action still appears to be a short-term bullish correction within a broader medium-term bearish structure. The 4285–4300 area remains one of the key zones to monitor this week. Holding above this area would support the continuation of the bullish correction, while a clear break and close below it could bring selling pressure back into the market and open the way toward lower levels. On the upside, 4390–4415 represents the first important test for buyers, followed by 4434–4450, which remains a key resistance area that could determine whether gold can extend its upward movement.
